Terms of Use

These Terms of Use aim to stipulate matters concerning the terms of use and operation of services of “Site Name” (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”).

The definitions of the main terms used in these Terms are as follows:

① Member: Refers to a user who has agreed to the terms of the Site, provided personal information, registered as a member, entered into a contract with the Site, and uses the Site.
② Use Contract: Refers to the contract entered into between the Site and the Member regarding the use of the Site.
③ Member ID (hereinafter “ID”): Refers to a unique combination of letters and numbers assigned to each member for identification and use of services.
④ Password: Refers to a combination of letters and numbers selected by the member to verify their identity and protect their rights and interests.
⑤ Operator: Refers to the administrator who opens and operates the website for the service.
⑥ Termination: Refers to the cancellation of the Use Contract by the member.

The Operator may post separate operating policies if necessary, and if these Terms and operating policies overlap, the operating policy shall prevail.

① The Use Contract is established upon the consent to these Terms by the person wishing to register and use the Site, and the Operator’s approval of the application.
② Anyone wishing to register as a member and use the service expresses consent to these Terms by reading them and selecting “I agree” during the application process.

① Users wishing to register and use the Site must provide the required information (user ID, password, nickname, etc.) requested by the Site.
② Members who do not register their own genuine information, such as stealing others’ information or registering false information, cannot claim any rights regarding the Site’s use and may be punished under relevant laws.

The Site and Operator do not possess the password among the personal information provided during registration, and matters related to this follow the Site’s Privacy Policy.
The Operator strives to protect the member’s personal information, including registration information, as prescribed by relevant laws.

Regarding the protection of members’ personal information, it follows the relevant laws and the Privacy Policy established by the Site.

However, the Operator assumes no responsibility for information exposed due to reasons attributable to the member.
If a member registers or distributes illegal posts, such as those detrimental to public morals or violating national security, the Operator may access and submit the member’s data to relevant authorities upon request.

① If opinions or complaints raised by members are recognized as justified, the Operator shall process them as quickly as possible. However, if prompt processing is difficult due to personal reasons, it will do its best by posting notices or sending messages or emails afterwards.
② To provide the Site continuously and stably, the Operator may request the Site to repair or restore equipment without delay in case of failure or loss. However, operation may be temporarily suspended due to natural disasters or unavoidable reasons for the Site or Operator.

① Members must comply with the provisions of these Terms, various rules, notices, and operating policies set by the Operator, and relevant laws, and must not engage in acts that interfere with the Site’s business or damage its reputation.
② Members may not transfer or gift the right to use the service or other status under the Use Contract to others without the express consent of the Site, nor can they provide it as collateral.
③ Use customers must exercise significant care in managing their ID and password, and may not provide their ID to third parties without the consent of the Operator or the Site.
④ Members must not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of the Operator, the Site, or any third party.

① In principle, services are available 24 hours a day, year-round, unless there is a business or technical obstacle. However, the Site may temporarily suspend services on designated dates or times for system inspection, expansion, and replacement, which will be announced on the homepage.
② However, the Site may temporarily or permanently suspend services without prior notice or warning in the following cases:
– Urgent system inspection, expansion, replacement, failure, or malfunction
– Force majeure such as national emergency, power failure, or natural disaster
– When a common carrier defined in the Telecommunications Business Act suspends telecommunication services
– When normal service use is hindered due to a surge in service use, etc.
③ In the event of service suspension under the preceding paragraph, the Site will notify members via announcements. If prior notice is impossible due to reasons beyond control, it will be replaced by post-announcement.

① If a member wishes to terminate the Use Contract with the Site, the member must apply for de-registration online. Termination of the Use Contract must be done separately from service termination.
② Upon application for termination, the related programs provided by the Site are automatically deleted from the member management screen, and the Operator can no longer view the information of the person who applied for termination.

Members must not engage in the following acts, and if they do, the Site may restrict service use, take legal action, terminate the Use Contract, or suspend services for a set period.
① Registering false information during or after registration
② Interfering with others’ use of the Site or stealing information
③ Impersonating the Site’s management, staff, or related parties
④ Infringing upon personal rights or intellectual property rights of the Site or third parties, or interfering with business
⑤ Using another member’s ID improperly
⑥ Collecting, storing, or disclosing personal information about other members without consent
⑦ Acts objectively judged to be associated with crime
⑧ Other acts violating relevant laws

① The Operator is responsible for managing and operating the Site’s posts and data. The Operator must monitor for bad posts and data, delete them upon discovery or report, and warn the member who posted them.
Meanwhile, users are responsible for the posts they upload, so they must not post content that violates these Terms.
② In the event of a correction request from a public institution such as the Korea Communications Standards Commission, the Operator may delete or move posts without prior consent.
③ Criteria for judging bad posts are as follows:
– Content that severely insults or defames other members or third parties
– Distributing or linking content that violates public order and morals
– Content that encourages illegal copying or hacking
– Advertisements for profit purposes
– Content objectively recognized as associated with crime
– Infringing upon the copyright or other rights of other users or third parties
– Judged to violate other relevant laws
④ If the Site or Operator receives a request to stop posting due to infringement of rights such as defamation or intellectual property, it may temporarily suspend the post. It will follow any legal decisions or agreements reached between parties.

If the Site Operator must discontinue the Site due to unavoidable circumstances, it will provide prior notice and strive to take all measures for easy transfer of posts.

① Copyright of posts published within the Site belongs to the member who posted them. The Site cannot use them commercially without consent, except for non-profit purposes, and holds the right to display them within the service.
② Members may not use materials posted on the service commercially, such as arbitrarily processing or selling information obtained through the service.
③ The Operator may delete, move, or refuse registration of content posted by members without prior notice if judged to fall under any items of Article 12.

① All civil and criminal responsibilities arising from this Site primarily rest with the member.
② Compensation will not be provided if the damage suffered by a member is due to force majeure such as natural disasters or the member’s intent or negligence.
