Lower blepharoplasty is performed by making an incision right under the eyelashes. Since skin there is very thin, scars don’t remain easily, and RINE minimizes scarring through delicate incision and micro-suturing techniques.

I'm debating between fat repositioning and lower blepharoplasty.
