What is RINE's Double Chin Lift?

A customized contour correction method that selectively removes only unnecessary fat using a personalized contour correction technique

Double chin lift is a lifting procedure that simultaneously improves the three main causes of a double chin:
submental fat, sagging fascia, and neck skin sagging. Based on high-definition ultrasound diagnosis,
after checking the state of fat, muscle, and soft tissue, it designs
fascia fixation, platysma dissection, and SMAS tightening according to individual anatomy.

By combining liposuction, muscle tying, and elastic thread lifting,
it corrects the jawline angle and neck line to ideal proportions.

The Specialness of RINE’s Double Chin Lift

RINE's Special

RINE Plastic Surgery completes the best lines for each individual
through 1:1 personalized line designs by our representative director.

  • A lift that pulls from the roots!
Deep lifting that pulls up to
    the SMAS and fascia layers

Rather than just pulling the outer skin, it improves the root cause of double chins by lifting the platysma and SMAS layers.

  • 1:1 Tailored Solution
Customized lifting design based on ultrasound diagnosis

By using precision ultrasound to precisely diagnose the structure of the jaw and neck, the surgery is tailored according to the cause of sagging, fat distribution, and fascia location.

  • Ideal Angle!
    Achieving an ideal jaw-neck
    angle of 95° to 110°

By adjusting the angle where the tip of the chin and neck line meet to the range of 95° to 110°, the line falling from the chin to the collarbone becomes smooth and defined.

  • Fast Recovery Possible!
Minimally invasive technique for natural and fast recovery

Fine incisions and minimally invasive methods shorten the recovery period, and the results remain natural through an anatomy-based approach.

Q&A

Double Chin Lift

Frequently Asked Questions

Won't the double chin lift scar be severe?

Because the surgery is performed through a 2–3 cm micro-incision along the crease under the chin, the scar is barely visible. It is not visible from the front at all, and only a faint mark can be seen when viewed from under the chin.

Does the effect last long?

Fat removed through liposuction, deep fat, and submental fat does not return permanently. Additionally, platysma muscle tightening provides a semi-permanent effect lasting over 10 years.
